HOW TO ORDER
Since these beds can be used in small rooms and are built to fit your space some measurements are needed to ensure a perfect fit, these can be messaged to us, or we can come to your property for a survey costing €50. To organise a survey please message us on whatsapp or email.
To message us via whatsapp or email with your measurements. we will need a photo of the space( or multiple photos) with floor and ceiling in view and......
H - height from floor to ceiling
W - width of wall if wall is shorter than 2.6 meters
After the survey information is collected, Please then send us the layout list you want and the colour of the frame you want, we will reply with a layout drawing and cost for your approval.
Once agreed normal production/delivery time will be 5-10 days
Installation will be 4 to 6 hours
MATTRESS
Mattress is not included: before we can install the new bed at your home you will need the 140cm x 200cm mattress that will be used ready, or we can supply and deliver a mattress for you.
We would recommend Ikea mattresses, which we charge € 20 to deliver.
The bed has a built in safety sensor that is set to switch the bed off if a +/-20kg weight difference is detected, during installation we will need to calibrate the bed to match the mattress used.
This safety switch can be recalibrated after installation if needed due any change in mattress or other, completed by one of our technicians, or we can send a guide for DIY
